Thomas Elliott, Chairman & CEO, Supreme Hotel Group
Mr. Elliott and the Board of Directors Investment Committee are responsible for strategic planning, valuation analyses, deployment of our capital resources, and maintaining effective relationships with our lenders, investors, and investment bankers. His administrative staff is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our corporate offices.
Prior to acquiring a controlling interest in Supreme Hotel Properties, Inc., Mr. Elliott served as CEO of Supreme Realty Investments, Inc., a public real estate and mortgage banking company (OTCBB: “HSYT”). Over the past 30 years, he has performed a myriad of development and property management activities for hotels, single- and multi-family residential developments, elderly hi-rises, regional shopping malls, urban strip centers, and low-rise office complexes valued at over $200 million.
Mr. Elliott holds a JD in Real Estate Law from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law; an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL; and a BS in Business Admin/Economics from Culver-Stockton College, Canton, MO.
Jean LeRoy, Director & Chief Operating Officer, Supreme Hotel Group
Mr. LeRoy and his staff act as a liaison between our hotel and restaurant management agents and our corporate office to ensure a smooth flow of communication and cooperation between the two entities.
Mr. Leroy's background includes extensive experience as a management consultant and operations manager for several Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, computing, and communication industries. Over the past 16 years he has performed these services for leaders in their respective industries including: EMC Corp. (information technology); Adventis Corp. (management consulting); 3M Corp. (manufacturing); BellSouth Wireless (telecommunications), and Reuters, Inc. (news and information services).
Mr. Leroy holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, Chicago, IL; and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Devry University, Chicago, IL.
Bradley Siegel, Esq., Director & Chief Investment Officer, Supreme Hotel Group
Mr. Siegel is a private attorney who represents, lenders, business owners, and corporations handling complex real estate leasing and corporate matters. He represents owners of real estate portfolios throughout the United States consisting of apartment buildings, office buildings, hotels, condominiums, and cooperative apartments, as well as retail and industrial assets.
Prior to entering private law practice, Mr. Siegel served as General Counsel and as a member of the executive committee of the Jack Parker Corporation overseeing a portfolio throughout the United States consisting of apartment buildings, office buildings, hotels (including the world class Le Parker Meridien in Manhattan and the Parker Palm Springs in California), condominiums and cooperative apartments, as well as retail and industrial assets.
Mr. Siegel holds a JD degree from Brooklyn Law School and a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
