We are a private hospitality investment fund manager dedicated to creating value for our investors.  Our mission is to become a leading diversified hospitality company that provides its investors with consistent, long-term growth in total returns.

Historically, real estate has been viewed as a good source of current income relative to stocks and, in the current interest rate environment, bonds as well. We feel that the hotel sector of the real estate asset class offers institutional investors competitive risk-adjusted yields as an alternative to equities or fixed-income investments.

Hotels consistently offer the the most competitive current yield of the major property sectors. To provide these competitive yields, we endeavor to provide our investors with stable and consistent cash flow, capital appreciation, and liquidity. 

Our Approach

We focus our activities on acquiring underperforming hotel properties that are strategically located in state capitals that have major universities.  By selectively acquiring properties whose improvement costs are lower than their current replacement costs, then by improving brand quality, operating efficiency, and marketing effort, we can carve out our market niche, thereby substantially increasing the value of each asset in our portfolio.
